In mixed grade groups, students at Crossmaglen Public School made alphabet books using ipads and the excellent app –Book Creator. First they brainstormed and made an alphabetical list of all the words they could think of relating to their school. They then planned their books, which words to use, what to write and what to photograph. Much fun was had roaming around the school photographing, voice recording, typing and making their own didgital books. These books have been put onto ibooks on the ipads so everyone can read each others books. In order to put the books on the blog I have turned them into a video on Vimeo.
