Monday we went Mexican for lunch harvesting our veggies to make burritos/tacos. Everybody helped in the preparation and there was plenty to feed all the students and staff. Some even got seconds and thirds. Next week we head further North to the United States of America and are preparing Sloppy Joe’s. Crossmaglen PS
